The training and retraining center at the Tashkent State Transport University operates on the basis of the decision of the Scientific Council of the Tashkent Highway Institute No. 10 of May 27, 2009 and the order of the Rector of the Institute No. 172 of June 25, 2009 established for management.
It was reorganized on the basis of the decision No. 73 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 27, 2014 on operating at the expense of the economy.
Pursuant to the Decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-4703 dated May 4, 2020, it was reorganized from October 1, 2020, under the Tashkent State Transport University on the economic account.
The main type of activity: training of pedagogues of educational institutions in the field of motor transport and employees of the transport-road complex.
Area and building: Mirabad district, Sarikol, 3-berk street, 1 house. 2-storey building
- Forms of conducting educational processes: Traditional: Traveling; Remote;
Staff unit: consists of 11 people

-Reprocessing:
1) Management of a motor vehicle enterprise (Director of a motor vehicle enterprise)
2) Persons responsible for ensuring road safety in the motor transport enterprise.

1) A training course for preparing drivers for the safe use of gas-powered vehicles
2) Additional training for drivers of international automobile transporters and professional competence
3) general training course "to improve the skills of drivers transporting dangerous goods by road in the Republic of Uzbekistan";
4) Improvement of the qualification "Conducted, osushchestvlyayushchie transport of dangerous goods and compliance with the European agreement on international road transport of dangerous goods"
5) Training course for managers of educational institutions for training and retraining of vehicle drivers;
